Forkly is built on the principle that your supplier pricing, recipes, and sales are confidential business assets. We don't sell them, we don't share them, and we never use one customer's data to benefit another.
Company-level separation
Every supplier, invoice, recipe and sale belongs to exactly one company, and every request is filtered to the company you are signed in to. Other customers cannot see your data, and you cannot see theirs.
No data sharing or resale
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics. Period.
No cross-customer training
The invoice readers and AI processing we set up for you work on your documents only. Your prices and recipes are never used to build features or models for other customers.
Payment data we never store
We do not store your credit card or bank information. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors. Forkly never sees your full card number.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in our managed cloud storage.
Access controls
You decide what each team member can see and change, and every edit is logged with who made it and when. Our staff work under least-privilege access. Customer data is only accessed when needed to provide support or resolve issues, and only with appropriate authorization.
Support with a record
Support tickets live inside the app, answered by people, with a full history so nothing gets lost.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you've found a vulnerability or have a security concern, contact us through a support ticket or the contact form and we'll respond promptly. We take all reports seriously.
